Maverick maintains an electronic order status system that tracks your orders for on-time delivery and can also provide immediate answers to your questions. Each customer is assigned a customer care representative who takes your orders, gets them scheduled, and keeps you up-to-date on delivery dates. Your customer care representative will work with you to place repeat orders as well as orders for new custom capsules and provide recommendations on bottle fit, substrate, and layout.

Our Design Team works with Adobe software to prepare your artwork for approval. They work closely with production to determine and solve potential challenges with artwork and colors. This makes our team more able to provide the best layout for your custom capsule. Download a copy of our artwork requirements.

Our technical field representatives provide on-site assistance to ensure your capsules are applied with the highest quality and efficiency. We provide application specifications for our Polylaminate and PVC capsules to assist your bottling line personnel in optimizing and troubleshooting bottling equipment. Our technical reps can also share their expertise on bottling line equipment and any required adjustments to optimize application of our capsules.
